This is how my hens spend most of their days when it is really cold. They are not big fans of the snow so they tend to stay on a little melted path between their coop and the other half of the shed. They like running back and forth between them and taking dust baths in the other half. Barbie thought I had food so she acted brave and came a bit closer on the packed snow. They will be happy when the weather warms up so they can run around more and not feel so "cooped" up. (Ha ha!)
